Known as energizing "Moving Meditation," Tai Chi and Qigong cultivates balance and good posture in a fun way. This Body/Mind practice is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, circulation and musculoskeletal strength. Breath is a link between the 'Yi' (intentional Mind) and the 'Jing' (physical Body) - discover it.
